Meet the creator & founder, Alese Adams
Digital creator and Inclusion professional Alese Adams created Hobbies Over Him, a community centered around inspiring women to enjoy their own company and find love within themselves, out of a personal struggle to stop dating out of boredom. After deciding that there had to be more to life than emotional abuse in exchange for romance, Alese posted a video on TikTok about using hobbies to overcome her heartbreak that would eventually give a purpose to her pain.

Since January 2023, Hobbies Over Him has grown from a TikTok series that follows Alese trying new hobbies to a movement and safe space for over 50k+ women, known as the Hobby Hearts, who are using hobbies to decenter romance and recenter themselves.
